Oogie is a Flagi: a green human who can blend in with his surroundings, rendering himself invisible. Flagi are often mistaken for cannibals, much to their annoyance.
History[]
Oogie befriended king Boomer, but Boomer got the cannibal rumour into his head through Brady. Brady apologised to them after being proved wrong. Mason used a knock-dart on Oogie, still believing he was a cannibal. (The Brady Hunch)
Later, Oogie developed a crush on Priscilla, a Dirt Fairy. However, the Dirt Fairies and Flagi were rival tribes. After saving Priscilla's brother, Oogie began to date Priscilla. (Make Dirt, Not War)

- Invisibility: Flagi can turn invisible at will. They're one with peaceful nature.

- Oogie has a habit of saying a lot of food and cooking phrases like "Looking tasty" and "I like my kings extra crispy" which caused Brady to believe in the cannibal rumor once Mason told him about it in 'The Brady Hunch'
