Pair of Prom Kings is the twelfth episode of Season 1.
Summary[]
Brady and Boomer head back to their high school prom in Chicago to flaunt their royal status. Boomer chooses a girl named Rebecca, who he thinks he has a date with and Brady chooses Mikayla, who refuses until she sees something noble of the king. Things go haywire when the Tarantula People crash the party.
Plot[]
| Brady and Boomer each get a letter inviting them to their high-school prom. Brady asks Boomer who he's going to prom with. Boomer says he asked one of the "hottest girls in school" to prom four years earlier, and she said yes. Brady then asks Mikayla, but she rejects him. On the day they are supposed to leave, Mason and the crew escorting them to Chicago aren't ready, and much to the kings' disappointment, they cannot leave Kinkow. Later, Lanny suggests asking Mahama to sail them there. The kings do so, bringing their crowns and gold with them. The Tarantula People turn into tarantulas and sneak into the balloon with the kings. If the tarantulas are shined on by moonlight, they turn into Tarantula People again. One of the tarantulas, left in The Castle, is exposed to moonlight. Lanny, Mason, Mikayla, and some other royal guards take another balloon to Chicago. Meanwhile, Boomer and Brady are trying to convince the others that they really are kings of their own island. Nobody believes them and the kings are ignored. Boomer finds out that the girl, Rebecca 'Awesome' Dawson, was actually having a phone conversation with her mother and had never agreed to the date. Rondo, the student who used to bully Boomer, and Brady hang them on lockers, trapping them. Working together, the kings are able to free themselves. Meanwhile, at the prom, the tarantulas turn into Tarantula People. Boomer and Brady arrive and fend them off. Boomer and Brady find Rondo hanging on the lockers. Boomer doesn't care about him and suggests they pull his pants off, but Brady convinces him to help Rondo down. Mikayla is watching all the while.

- This is the last episode of the first season to air on Disney XD, despite Journey to the Center of Mt. Spew being the official season finale.
- This episode was scheduled as the season finale for the UK but have adapted the same episodes as the US channel. This is also the last episode of Season 1, promoted as a "New Episode", but is not actually the season finale.
